Horváth strengthens Public Sector leadership in the Middle East

International management consultancy Horváth has strengthened the leadership team of its Public Sector practice in the Middle East with the appointments of Saad Hamam, Raad Abwini, and Michael Youssef.

All three leaders are long-standing members of Horváth – each having spent around 12 years with the firm – and are based across its offices in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Saad Hamam is a Partner and serves as Managing Director of Horváth in the Middle East, while Raad Abwini and Michael Youssef are both Principals. Together, they bring extensive consulting and advisory experience spanning government transformation, strategy execution, operating model design, performance improvement, and large-scale change programmes.

In a statement, Horváth said the appointments strengthen the firm’s ability to support public sector organizations across the region in delivering their transformation goals.
