Arthur D. Little promotes Kurtulus Alıc to partner in Istanbul office
Global strategy and management consultancy Arthur D. Little has appointed a new partner in Istanbul: Kurtulus Alıc.
Kurtuluş Alıc has been with Arthur D. Little since early last year, when he joined as a principal in its Singapore office. Alıc has now relocated back to Turkey, where he has been admitted into the partnership of the firm’s Istanbul office.
A member of the Telecommunications, Information, Media & Electronics practice, Kurtulus has over 20 years of experience in the landscape, gained both in consulting as well as in industry (mainly in telecom and technology).
During his time at TurkNet and Vodafone, Alıc has led marketing and sales teams for the for residential, corporate and mid-sized business segments. Latterly at TurkNet, he held the role of Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for all marketing related functions including products, propositions, pricing, churn management, go to market, and marketing communications.
Alic meanwhile kicked off his consulting years at McKinsey & Company, where he grew the ranks to become Engagement Manager. Prior to Arthur D. Little, Altic also worked for Roland Berger in its Singapore office.
During his career, Alıc has worked in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, and coordinate activities in more than 15 countries.

Earlier this year in Turkey’s strategy consulting segment, Boston Consulting Group installed long-time company member Gözde Yalazı Özbek as the new leader of its Istanbul office.
