Cloud consultancy Zero&One expands into Saudi Arabia with Riyadh office

Regional cloud consultancy Zero&One has launched a new office in Saudi Arabia, its first in the kingdom and 5th across the MENA region.

Established in Lebanon in 2017, but now headquartered in Dubai, Zero&One is a consulting company that specializes in the design and delivery of technology projects in the cloud. The region’s first consulting firm to be named a Premier Partner by Amazon Web Services (AWS), Zero&One helps its clients with cloud adoption across the full lifecycle, from conception to execution.

The launch of its fifth office marks an important next step in its growth journey, said CEO Ali El Kontar, and comes in response to rapidly growing demand for cloud services in the Saudi market. “Saudi Arabia is investing heavily in technology and digital infrastructure, and our new Riyadh office positions us to be a key player in shaping the Kingdom’s digital economy.”

Demonstrating the rapid rise of cloud in the kingdom, AWS in May this year announced a $5.3 billion investment to open data centers in Saudi Arabia by 2026. That move came on the heels of rival Google formally establishing Saudi Arabia as a Google Cloud region. These investments are expected to scale cloud adoption, and contribute billions to the national economy.

The new Riyadh office will offer Zero&One’s full spectrum of services including cloud adoption, generative AI solutions, application modernization, machine learning, and data-analytics.
