AWS consultancy Zero&One signs partnership with Datanuum
Middle East cloud consultancy Zero&One has signed a partnership with Datanuum, aimed at developing and implementing joint customer engagement solutions on the AWS platform.
Dubai-based Datanuum provides a Customer Data and Marketing Platform (CDMP) to companies for running and optimizing their B2C operations.
Zero&One meanwhile is a cloud-focused consultancy with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Beirut, and Cairo. The firm, which is backed by Big Four giant PwC, is a certified AWS Premier Consulting Partner in the region.
The partnership brings together Datanuum’s expertise in customer loyalty, data-driven personalization, and marketing automation with Zero&One’s capabilities in cloud consulting and cloud architecture.
The two companies will work together to implement a GitOps-powered Kubernetes framework designed to automate deployments while ensuring integrated security and compliance. The collaboration will also focus on delivering AI-driven recommendations by combining Amazon Personalize with Datanuum’s proprietary segmentation models, enabling real-time, adaptive content across client channels.
In addition, Zero&One and Datanuum will develop a managed services model that incorporates proactive monitoring, optimisation, and continuous feature delivery within Datanuum’s AWS environment.
“Our collaboration with Datanuum reflects a shared belief in the power of AI-driven personalization and modern cloud operations,” said Ali El Kontar, CEO of Zero&One. “Together, we’re creating a model that fuses customer data excellence with next-generation cloud agility, all built on AWS.”
“We’re thrilled to join forces with Zero&One to redefine how brands harness the power of cloud and AI to personalize customer journeys in real time – and unlock extraordinary business growth.” said Mustafa Sadek, Chief Technology & Product Officer at Datanuum. “This partnership builds on our shared vision of helping businesses turn data into growth – securely, intelligently, and at scale.”
