Zero&One attains ISO certificate for information security
Cloud-focused consultancy firm Zero&One has achieved the ISO27001:2022 certification, demonstrating its excellence in the area of information security.
“Security has been always ‘job zero’ for us. This certification serves as reassurance, validating our dedication and underscoring our commitment to excellence in protecting our customers’ most valuable assets,” said Ali El Kontar, CEO of Zero&One.
With five offices in the Middle East, Zero&One is one of the region’s larger homegrown consultancies specialised in cloud and technology transformation. The firm is dedicated to the AWS stack, and is both a strategic partner and Premier Consulting Partner of Amazon’s cloud business.
In its work with clients, consultants of Zero&One lay their hands on (highly) sensitive information, meaning that cyber and information security are key elements of its client offering.
The ISO27001:2022 certification is one of the leading and most used global standards for assessing information security. Certification provides assurance that a company has robust security measures in place to protect its data and that of its clients or suppliers.
“Our clients can rest assured that their sensitive information is managed securely,” said El Kontar.
To maintain the ISO27001:2022 certification, Zero&One has committed to ongoing evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with the standard’s evolving requirements. This involves regular review of security measures, continuous improvement of its information strategy and systems, and adherence to the latest in information security best practices.
Zero&One is minority owned by PwC, one of the world’s largest accounting and consulting groups.
