Kinetic Consulting expands Customer Experience portfolio with new partnerships

Kinetic Consulting has significantly expanded its Customer Experience portfolio through partnerships with three other leading players in the landscape.

Described as a consortium of industry specialists, the collaboration between Kinetic Consulting, Gravitas, Anatic and Transform LogiQ will see the four companies join forces to provide organisations in the Middle East with a single, scalable solution that enables them to achieve customer experience excellence in a sustainable and digitally secure manner.

The consortium is spearheaded by Kinetic Consulting, a consultancy firm with offices in Dubai and Australia, which embarked on the initiative having witnessed the mounting need for an integral and end-to-end offering.

“As organisations across the region seek to elevate customer value, they face a fragmented provider ecosystem and misaligned outcomes, often resulting in minimal business value. To overcome this challenge, we’ve formed a multi-brand consortium of industry specialists, each a recognised leader in their domain, to deliver a comprehensive offering,” explained Joe Tawfik, CEO of Kinetic Consulting.

The stated goal of the four companies is to deliver a full suite of services for customer experience and loyalty, covering everything from customer strategies through to AI-led customer intelligence and personalisation, as well as loyalty program design and management, UX/UI design, the development of apps, cybersecurity and data governance.

Transform LogiQ is a company specialized in data, cybersecurity and AI governance. As companies adopt data analytics and AI to better serve their customers and deliver more personalised journeys, Transform LogiQ helps its clients structure and manage their data, secure their digital frontiers, and ensure that AI is used ethically and responsibly.
