UAE-headquartered Kinetic Consulting has signed a new partnership with JourneyTrack, a leading global platform for customer journey management.

The partnership with JourneyTrack expands Kinetic Consulting’s capabilities in customer experience, and deepens its portfolio of AI solutions for customer journey management.
