INDEVCO Consultancy recognised for customer experience services
Beirut-based consulting firm INDEVCO Consultancy has cemented its leading position in the customer experience space, bagging a global certification and regional award in the past period.
Leveraging INDEVCO’s six decades of industrial and operational experience, INDEVCO Consultancy is the advisory pillar of the manufacturing group. The firm specialises in value creation and manufacturing excellence in (mainly industrial) operations, helping clients with among others optimising their supply chain, streamlining processes, embedding data-driven working and ensuring workplace safety and sound risk management.
The consultancy also focuses on growth related services, geared at enhancing sales & marketing performance and improving the customer experience journey. This latter vertical recently celebrated a milestone, having been named an accredited training provider by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
The US-headquartered CXPA is the globe’s leading non-profit organisation dedicated to the customer experience profession. The institution is the brainchild of the CXPA Customer Experience framework – a methodology that is used by organisations in over 100 countries including corporates such as Adobe, Fidelity and Microsoft.
The framework outlines how organisations can become ‘masters’ in customer experience, by growing their capabilities across six key competencies: Customer-Centric Culture; Organisational Adoption & Accountability; Voice of the Customer and Customer Insight & Understanding; Experience Design & Improvement; Metric, Measurement & ROI; and Customer Experience Strategy.
Only fifteen providers globally have been accredited by the CXPA to deliver training on the methodology and certify professionals, with INDEVCO Consultancy now part of this select group following a rigorous consideration process.

The accreditation builds on INDEVCO Consultancy’s mission to “not only help companies setup a value-driven customer experience ecosystem but also help them equip their customer experience professionals with the required knowledge and capabilities” said Wissam Moubarak, Vice President at the consulting firm.
For the Lebanese consultancy, the global recognition comes roughly a year after it saw its achievements in customer experience lauded by a regional industry platform. In 2020, INDEVCO Consultancy was named “CX Professional of the Year’ in the Gulf Customer Experience Awards (GCXA), owing to its “significant track record and improvements realised at clients” across the Middle East.
